Thursday, September 18 – NEW!! Culinary School of America – The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY—named one of “The 50 Most Beautiful College Campuses in America” by Condé Nast Traveler—sits on the beautiful Hudson River in the heart of food and wine country. The world’s premier culinary college leads the foodservice world into the new millennium, continuing to garner praise and accomplish great things in culinary education, research, and industry service. Our day begins with a three-course gourmet lunch prepared by students at CIA’s Ristorante Caterina de’ Medici which focuses on the cultural heritage of regional Italian cuisine served in a Tuscan Villa setting. Visit the book and kitchen utensil store and enjoy the “CIA Experience” including the institutes history, a tour of Roth Hall, and Q&A with current CIA students.
