students at CIA’s American Bounty which focuses on the seasons
contemporary and traditional regional dishes in an honest and flavorful way.
This casually elegant restaurant sets the stage for an unparalleled dining
experience in New York’s Hudson Valley. Visit the book and kitchen utensil
store and enjoy the “CIA Experience” including the institutes history, a tour
of Roth Hall, and Q&A with current CIA students. Here may even be a visit to
