Friday, September 25- Yuengling Brewery & No. 9 Coalmine and Museum-Tour one of America’s Oldest Breweries & discover hand-dug fermentation caves that were used for storage. Wander through time with a free taste of living history that has produced fine beers over many decades! Then, relax & enjoy our delicious buffet lunch at popular Roma Restaurant. Onto the No. 9 Mine, once abandoned, was revived in 1992 by the Panther Creek Valley Foundation. Restoration began in 1995, and by 2002, the mine reopened as a museum, offering a unique glimpse into the past and celebrating the legacy of the area’s miners. Inside you’ll find the largest collection of mining artifacts in the area.
